Salary: £50k - £55k dependent on experience

The Company is currently looking to recruit a Senior Forensic Accountant to join a dynamic team.​

You will be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with up to 5 years post-qualification experience and already have forensic or investigative experience or a proven desire to get involved in this work.​ Fluent language skills such as Arabic, Swedish, Danish, Icelandic or Norwegian would be a distinct advantage.​ We are looking for a bright, personable professional with a commitment to quality and a desire for growth and development in a unique industry.​
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyse client documents; extract relevant information and summarise data
• Search for origins of entries and unrecorded transactions; review and verify source documents
• Assist with setting the scope of work required and proactively suggest analyses, identify areas for improvement; suggest creative alternatives and implement solutions
• Responsible for agenda preparation requirements, ensuring all analysis is available at the meeting, preparing packs of schedules and other key data
• Interact with clients in an appropriate, confident and professional manner
• Demonstrate ability to explain analysis and reasoning
• Assist with the orientation, planning, organising and direction of work flow procedures
• Manage time well and work within allotted budget
• Participate in marketing activities and initiate new marketing opportunities
• Create and modify presentations, industry articles and attend business development calls
• Work non-standard hours, including occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary to meet the needs of the Company and clients
• UK and International travel as necessary
Experience Required

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA with up to 5 years PQE
• Experience with advanced accounting software programs, such as IDEA
• Possess a solid knowledge of accounting theory, auditing theory and procedures or valuation theory and practice
• Ability to organise and prioritise numerous tasks and complete them under time and budgetary constraints
• Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to confidently speak in front of a group
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrate solid computer, work file and work paper organization skills
• Ability to accept constructive criticism on work product
• Possess excellent internet research skills
• Competently proofread typed material for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors
• High energy, personable and professional
• Have a strong desire to succeed and excel in the field of forensic accounting
