Historically Chartered Certified
Accountant CCA is a British qualified accountant and this term was introduced
in 1996. Before this term Certified Accountant were known. CAA designation is
awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA. But, ACCA
is UK based qualification. The term Chartered is refer to the Royal Charter
that is granted by Queen Elizabeth II of United Kingdom.
