As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will engage directly with clients and candidates from the outset, focusing upon the secondary education sector and working in close partnership with schools and staff members to not only match candidates to the role description but also the ethos of the school and particular children in their potential class. Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage directly with key decision makers will equip you for success, alongside a passion for the education sector and ability to influence clients. You will engage with all stages of the sales cycle, prospecting and visiting schools and sourcing the right candidates to match requirements.
