PACKAGE:
- Negotiable salary

TYPE: Permanent, fulltime.​
HOURS: Rota 7.​30am - 4.​30pm or 8.​30am - 5.​30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 3pm during school holidays.​

We are looking for an experienced vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic Consultant to develop, run and grow an Education desk into a thriving, busy and fully functional arm to our business.​

We need you to be a talented recruiter with proven success within a fast paced recruiting environment.​

The ROLE
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be required to:
- Undertake our induction and follow company procedures
- Maintaining school and Teacher base
- Proactively call new schools to generate new business
- Build long lasting partnerships with schools and organisations
- Recruit and interview Teachers and develop relationships
- Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings
- Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies
- Negotiate on fees
- Exceed targets and KPIs (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Undertake effective client visits

The CANDIDATE
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience:
- Ideally you will have proven experience within an Education Recruitment Agency or another industry.​
- Strong success of achieving targets.​
- Hands on approach and a forward thinker.​
- Used to high call volumes - call centre or telesales environment also considered.​
- Ability to multitask.​
- The ability to build rapport instantly.​
- Cold calling experience.​
- Professional, driven and determined.​
- Serious about becoming a successful Consultant - we are looking for people with a real passion for achievement.​
- Sense of humour, lots of energy and determination.​
- Driving licence and own transport essential.​
