IT Operations Manager is sought by a leading education institute based in London.​ This role will be working closely with the senior management team and will be responsible for leading IT operations and implementing ITIL in a large Windows environment.​


To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a IT Operations Manager at the moment in a public sector environment.​ You will have experience working in either a large Windows environment (i.​e.​ 500+​ users) or will have worked over multiple sites.​ You will have strong ITIL experience and will feel confident implement ITIL practices.​ Whilst this role is not technical, you will ideally have a MCSE certification and will confident with Hyper V and Cisco networking.​
