My client is a well established recruitment consultancy with over 10 years experience in educational recruitment and they have become one of the UK’s largest educational recruitment agencies.​ They are proud of their outstanding reputation for providing the best possible candidates for the position with a no job too big attitude.​ They are a growing company filled with passionate and lively people with the attributes required to not only do the job, but do it so well that people keep coming back giving high levels of repeat business.​


This continued growth has led to the need to further expand the team therefore my client are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to further enhance the company in their Wolverhampton and Birmingham branches on a Primary desk with some areas of warm business.​


As a Recruitment Consultant for this lucrative company you must be a bright and hard working individual with a dedication to sales and the commitment to working towards a team goal, you will sit within a well established team who have excellent market knowledge and can support a consultant coming from a non education recruitment background.​ Your interpersonal skills will be impeccable and you will be able to manage your own time and workload efficiently.​
This will be a full 360 role covering a warm primary desk with plenty of scope for growth and development.​ You will be competent in the development of new business and also eager to build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and candidates.​


The successful applicant will experience plenty of scope for career development.​ You will enjoy a healthy salary of £18,000 - £26,000 depending on experience and competitive commission, individually based targets as well as working in a warm environment with charged and energetic people.​
